We use a reputable courier service to ensure your products reach you in optimum condition and at an affordable price. We deliver throughout Ireland. We currently do not deliver to anywhere else in the world.
The couriers we use endeavour to provide next day* delivery throughout Ireland, however please allow 3-5 days for delivery in Ireland. It is important that you provide a valid contact number when filling in your details after ordering so that our couriers can reach you. Failure to provide a valid phone number may result in a delay in delivering your product(s) to you.

Prices for delivery are as follows:
€5.50 for up to 30kg parcel(s) throughout Ireland
This set price for goods up to 30kg means that you can purchase many items from our online shop and pay just €5.50 for delivery throughout Ireland as long as they don’t exceed the weight limit (which is quite rare). Plus, the fact that we use a courier service means that you can rest assured, knowing that your products will be delivered promptly and in optimum condition directly to your doorstep!
If you are a local customer and wish to pick your order up from the shop, we also provide the “customer pickup” option when you order products. This way your goods will be ready for collection when you arrive at the shop to collect them.
Return or exchanging an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt.
I received the wrong item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product, the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return.
Please note: — The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. — The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. The exception to this is if you received a different item from the one you originally ordered. In cases such as these, we will send you out a label to attach to the parcel and a contact number and our courier service will collect the item from you and return it to us. Please note, in order to avail of this, the item must be in it’s original packaging and not damaged in any way. — The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.
*Note: We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that due care has not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
